As our window to target Cobia comes to close and gag grouper season nears its closure (June 15) we’ll start focusing on all of our other summer time targets. We still have plenty of options for June and July which include most other groupers and bottom fish as well as amberjack, sharks, king mackerel, mahi, spade fish and much more in the ocean. Inshore redfish, speckled trout, sheepshead, bluefish and Spanish mackerel are our primary June targets with July offering a chance at a tarpon (if you’re a hardcore angler) and night time trips I like to call “the beat, the heat trips” …
